Sustainable ingredients for aquaculture feed is a challenge which may limit the growth and long-term sustainability of the sector e.g. Scottish salmon. I propose to assess existing and alternative aquaculture feed ingredients and identify opportunities for retailers and suppliers to encourage the most sustainable and viable options.
