Lottie Wilson

Lottie is a dairy farmer with a strong focus on herd performance, genetics and long-term business sustainability. She leads the calf rearing on her family farm and has been closely involved in designing a new calf system, alongside taking responsibility for breeding and genetic decisions.

Alongside her on-farm role, Lottie is highly active in YFC and wider industry groups, and has gained international experience working alongside vets in Tanzania. She is working towards becoming a partner in the family business while continuing postgraduate study and building her leadership within the sector.
