The Division is regarded as the overall market leader in the rural sector, holding a strong brand reputation. Clients range from private individuals to large institutions and corporations.

Our services cover; architecture, building consultancy, rural planning, estate management, forestry (investment and management), professional consultancy (tax, valuation, expert witness), farm and estate sales and purchases, food and farming, utilities and infrastructure, renewable energy, energy brokerage, minerals, natural capital and strategic projects.

The rural research team supports these teams, providing bespoke information for pitching, for existing clients, as well as PR and marketing.
