Isobel Bennett

Isobel is a trainee herd manager on her family’s multi-site dairy business, where she is involved in all aspects of day-to-day herd and team management. She has a particular passion for grazing, using data-led decision making to optimise grass utilisation and drive efficient, profitable systems.

Having gained experience across a wide range of dairy systems in the UK and New Zealand, Isobel brings a practical, outward-looking approach to farming. Actively involved in YFC, grassland discussion groups and industry benchmarking, she is motivated by learning from others and building a resilient business for future generations, while working towards partnership within the family farm.
