Kirsten Henry
I am a young farmer from Northern Ireland, working full time alongside my father on our family-run dairy farm, managing a herd of 80 Holstein cows. I graduated from Harper Adams University in 2024 and I hold a BSc Honours Degree in Agriculture with Animal Science. Alongside my work on the farm, I am a Genetic Services Specialist for a global breeding company, supporting farmers in driving herd performance through genetics. In 2024/25, I was selected as one of the first participants in the inaugural Nuffield Next-Gen programme, aimed at developing future leaders in agriculture.
