Terms & Conditions

Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust – Event Terms & Conditions

🌿 1. Bookings

  • Full event details, including dates and costs, are available on our website.
  • If a registration/booking form is completed by someone other than the named delegate, that individual is responsible for ensuring the delegate is authorised and able to attend.
  • Your place is confirmed once we have received your completed registration/booking form and full payment.
  • All discount codes will be verified to ensure they are valid and correctly applied.
  • Online bookings close 14 days before the event. After this point, please email [email protected] to enquire about availability.

💳 2. Invoicing and Payment

  • Delegate fees are payable at the time of booking.
  • If you wish to pay by bank transfer or cheque, please contact [email protected] before submitting your booking.
  • For online bookings, invoices/receipts will be issued electronically upon completion.
  • For bookings made via a Nuffield Farming Administrator, an invoice will be emailed to you. Payment is due within 5 working days of the invoice date.

🎟️ 3. Event Attendance

  • Please check the event webpage regularly for updates, including programme changes.
  • Non‑attendance without prior notice, or cancellations made within 10 days of the event, will incur the full event fee. No refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations made 11–30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund, minus any charges incurred by Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust.
  • Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust reserves the right to amend the programme content, timings, date, venue, or speakers without prior notification.
  • All delegates attend the event entirely at their own risk.

🔄 4. Changes to Conference Bookings

  • All cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].
  • Delegate substitutions are permitted, provided written notification is received before the event date.

🍽️ 5. Event Provisions

  • Delegates are responsible for arranging and funding their own accommodation, travel, and (where applicable) the annual dinner.
  • Where food or refreshments are included, this will be clearly stated in the event details and reflected in the price.
  • Any dietary requirements must be communicated to Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust in advance, as specified in the event information.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an event held by Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
