AgDiversity Database

Welcome to the AgDiversity Database — a valuable resource of the Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust, generously supported by the Frank Parkinson Agricultural Trust.

This growing directory showcases individuals who have successfully completed the AgDiversity course and demonstrated their commitment to creating workplaces where people feel valued, supported and able to thrive. Everyone featured here has chosen to be publicly listed, reflecting their willingness to contribute to a more open, welcoming and resilient agricultural sector.

About the database

The AgDiversity Database is designed to help farming and rural businesses connect with people who bring fresh perspectives, practical skills and a strong understanding of what makes teams thrive. These individuals have completed training focused on AgDiversity’s three core pillars: creating workplaces where people thrive, building confidence and capability, and ensuring everything is built by agriculture, for agriculture

Whether you’re looking for new talent, collaborators, speakers, mentors or individuals who can support people‑focused initiatives, this directory offers a simple way to discover those who share these values.

Getting Listed

To be included in the AgDiversity Database, you must have opted in during your course registration.   If you didn’t opt in at the time but would now like your profile to appear, we can add you manually. Please contact Lindsay Woods at [email protected] with your name, the email used for your course account and a brief confirmation that you wish to be listed.

Once received, your profile will be added to the directory, ensuring you are discoverable to organisations committed to building positive, supportive and inclusive workplaces across agriculture
