I live in Suffolk with my family and I am very proud to be the first person from my family to have found a career within the poultry sector of Agriculture. For the last 5 years I have worked within the egg sector in which I continue to develop my passion for the industry.
Can welfare expectations of consumers be met by the UK commercial egg sector in the short and long term?
Welfare is the key word in Poultry today, but can commercial production meet these requirements? What changes do we need to make as an industry and how can these be communicated to the public ensuring we meet their requirements and our needs as an industry.
