Applications for 2025 Nuffield Farming Scholarships are now open online until 31 July 2024.
“A Nuffield Farming Scholarship is the opportunity of a lifetime,” says Rupert Alers-Hankey, Director of Nuffield Farming. “Not only is it a transformative experience for the Scholar, it also creates unique insights and learnings for an ever-changing industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to take their career or business to the next level.”
Prospective applicants can find out more about the application process and start their application by visiting https://www.nuffieldscholar.org/scholarships/how-apply. Support from the Nuffield Farming Team will also be available throughout the application process.
“The privilege of a Nuffield scholarship was an amazing opportunity to learn from farmers around the world,” says Anna Bowen, dairy farmer and 2021 Nuffield Farming Scholar. “I saw new approaches to dairy farming that I was able to bring back to my own business as well as share with the rest of the UK industry. I encourage anyone with a topic they are passionate about and an open mind to consider applying.”
A series of online application evenings will be held during spring to answer general questions, cover specific elements of the application, and receive advice from existing Scholars. To receive details and register for these sessions, please email [email protected].
