Blogging their way around the world
Blogging their way around the world, five 2010 Scholars have volunteered to report back on their Scholarships 'on the hoof' whilst travelling and studying.
As part of our media partnership with Farmers Guardian, the five blogs will be posted on the publication's website, with links also posted on the Nuffield website. They will provide readers with up-to-the-minute reports on Scholar's individual visits and meetings with farmers and specialists, as well as a unique insight into food and farming issues within the countries they visit.
First off the blogging blocks is Adam West who is at the stage of planning and preparing for the antipodean leg of his study tour - click here.
Scholars and their study topics are listed below:
Kevin Beaty - 'Milk markets'
Michael Blanche - 'The farming ladder'
Marnie Dobson - 'How to grow a niche market'
Jo Paterson - 'Alternatives to inorganic fertiliser'
Adam West - 'Improving the public perception of agriculture'
